I left South Florida on January 5, 2018 and spent the next seven months in Decherd, Tennessee, building Micron Powder Coating with my dad. The brand work is in that post. These are from inside the building.

Between the real work I kept catching the details. A torch on copper pipe. A wall of fresh outlets. Racks of hooks waiting for parts. A shop being born is photogenic if you look close.

It opened that April and ran until 2021.
